If you develop a custom formula for us, who owns it?
You do. We are a service provider, not an IP hoarder. If you engage us for custom R&D services, the resulting formula and intellectual property belong strictly to your brand. We simply keep it safe in our digital vault and manufacture it to your specifications.
Do I need to supply my own packaging and labels?
That is entirely up to you. We offer a complete turnkey solution where we source bottles, caps, and labels through our network to save you money. However, if you already have a packaging supplier you love, we are happy to fill and finish the components you send to our facility.
